Does Anyone Else Substitute Pomegranate Juice For Wine w/ Meals?
I%26#039;m afraid I am boring in that I don%26#039;t drink anything with my meal.
People make the mistake of %26quot;wetting%26quot; the food in their mouths and swallowing it too soon. If it is not chewed thoroughly enough it can lead to digestive problems, or even a greater chance of choking.
I do not ever have a drink in front of me while I eat, but will get myself a glass of cold water immediately following a meal, which I will sip at my leisure over the next two hours or so.
